Building Bridges to New Chapters
Your life may be disrupted when you have to enlist the help of an attorney for family matters, employment discrimination or even commercial disputes. You want an attorney who can show compassion for your situation and bring a personalized approach to a resolution to your matter, all while remaining professional and successful in litigation or while negotiating a settlement.
If settlement is better for your case, Lance will not litigate unless settlement negotiations fail because the opposing party refuses to reach a fair settlement. Your best interests are the most important part of finding a resolution to your matter, whether through settlement or litigation.
